Where do you ship?
We cater to customers across the United States, offering free shipping within the contiguous US for orders exceeding $55.
We offer paid expedited shipping options for orders shipped within the continental US or to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories. Shipping costs and detailed information will be calculated and presented at checkout.
We do not ship to Post Office Box (PO), Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, or internationally.

When will my order arrive?
Once an order is placed, it typically takes our team 24 to 48 hours to complete the processing, packaging, and readiness for dispatch. After the order has been shipped, it usually arrives within two

How much is shipping?
For orders shipping within the contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders of $55 or more or a flat-rate standard shipping charge of $6.95 for all other orders.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to make a return, we offer stress-free returns to make the process easy for you. We accept returns within 30 days from delivery for a full refund minus the shipping expenses. You are responsible for shipping costs to return any products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long will it take until my refund is processed?
Refunds on your original payment method are normally within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@lbeauxtique.com
